I’m Jeff Starin, a World-Class EOS Coach based in Ventura County, CA.
About Me
I’ve spent my career building and leading entrepreneurial companies.
I scaled one of my businesses to eight figures in revenue with EOS. (I also scaled my beard pretty quickly, but that was a result of genetics, not a business operating system.)
I have hired, fired and led hundreds of people from key executives to engineers to front line workers so I understand the frustrations endemic to entrepreneurial businesses.
I have served on several boards including as Chairman of the Filter Manufacturers Council and on the Government Affairs Committee at The Autocare Association lobbying Congress to pass consumer protection legislation, so I am used to being in the room where it happens.
I played pool professionally which taught me that focus, calculating risk, and having the right mindset are critical to success. My life path also included years of teaching yoga where I learned that structure creates freedom. I also opened, ran and sold a yoga studio in the Silver Lake neighborhood in Los Angeles.
Now I bring my experience to the teams I coach. I help entrepreneurial leaders run better companies and live better lives.

I coach teams on how to implement EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System. EOS provides a clear framework to get everyone in the same boat, rowing in the same direction. I teach teams to make better, faster decisions, to make your vision become a reality, and to finally have the tools to make sure you have the right people in the right seats. But the real magic happens when the structure is applied with insight.
That’s where I come in.
I’m deeply hands-on with every team I coach. I don’t just facilitate sessions. I partner with you to uncover what’s happening beneath the surface. The work that changes everything is having the tools to have the difficult conversations you’ve been avoiding, being able to finally contend with your people issues, and in discovering the team’s blind spots so you and your leaders move in an upward spiral together.

My approach is direct and empathetic. I don’t lecture or deliver seminars. I’m a coach who gets into the trench with you, listens deeply, challenges assumptions, and helps you see what you can’t see yourself.
